Plotinus on What We Think We Are (Studies in Platonism, Neoplatonism, and the Platonic Tradition)

This book concerns Plotinus and his notice on how our ordinary experience of identity conflicts with what the Platonic tradition claims we (truly) are. This conflict impels him to take seriously what we say about ourselves and to explain it philosophically.
