Availability & Price
How do I know if a book is available?
Key in the book title, author, ISBN or keyword and then press the 'Search' button. At the Book Details page, you can find 'Store Stock Status' for the availability status and the shelf location. To confirm availability, please contact our store directly as the book might be reserved, damaged, or misplaced.
Are the prices displayed on the website same with physical bookstores?
No. Retail store price and Online prices may vary due to difference in suppliers and foreign exchange movements. To confirm retail store price of an available book, please contact our store directly.
Ordering & Shipping
Can I combine multiple orders?
Orders placed separately cannot be combined. Please place them in one cart to save on shipping.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Select "Gift Wrapping" on the product page. Each wrapping charge RM5. You can choose wrapper designs and add a gift message.
What if my promo code doesn't work?
Check the expiry date and minimum spend. Each code can only be used once per customer.
How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once you have successfully placed order.
How do I check my order status?
Your account will be updated once your order are sent out. Alternatively, you can e-mail us at kl.online.enquiry@my.bookskinokuniya.com with your Order ID and we'll check your order status for you.
Can I amend my Webstore order?
We regret that amendments to a submitted order cannot be made. Please email us with your Order No. for assistance.
Why is my order been cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled due to supplier out of stock or out of print.
When will I receive my order?
Estimated processing time required is shown under Availability Status on the Book Details page.
How do I know my shipping charges?
Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Can I pick up my order at your store?
Yes. We do offer pick up services. You can select "Pickup" at Delivery option during check out.
What if my tracking says "Delivered" but I didn't get it?
Check with neighbors, receptionist or building security first. Then contact us with proof and we'll help file a claim.
Exchange & Refund
Can I exchange if I wrongly purchase a book?
Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date of tax invoice, in saleable condition. Please provide our staff with tax invoice.
What should I do if the book/item I received is incorrect or damaged?
Kindly contact our customer service to report your incorrect or damaged order.

How will I be refunded for my canceled item(s) /order?
The refund process will usually take around 2 - 4 weeks to complete, kindly check your bank monthly statement after the refund has been approved.

No. Only 1 Discount Code per order.
I forgot to use my Discount Code. Can you add it after?
Sorry, we can't add code after payment. You'll need to place a new order.
