Queer Mother Memoir : Experiments in Life/Narrative (Palgrave Studies in Mediating Kinship, Representation, and Difference)

Queer Mother Memoir: Experiments in Life/Narrative curates an archive of memoirs, published 1997 to the present, in order to define and complicate queer mother memoir as an emergent literary genre. Through careful readings of life narratives, including her own, Silbergleid offers these radical autotheoretical texts as a challenge to scholarship that has yet to critically examine, much less embrace, queer motherhood.
