God's Love Is a Warm Cookie : Sharing with Others Is Sweet as Can Be (Forest of Faith Books)

Will Hedgehog have the courage to show God's love to a new neighbor in the forest? When a new creature moves into the friends' area of the forest, Hedgehog wants to do something special to welcome him. But Hedgehog is shy, and he's not sure if his gift is good enough. Despite his uncertainty--and the distractions from other forest creatures that almost prevent him from completing his plan--Hedgehog learns an important lesson: that the secret ingredient that makes friendship so sweet is sharing God's love. God's Love Is a Warm Cookie is the follow-up to the heartwarming Christmas storybooks, A Birthday Party for Jesus, Everyone Is Invited to Christmas, and A Christmas Pageant for Jesus. Beautifully illustrated by Lee Holland, this picture book will offer young children a fun, relatable story of forest friends who realize that the best gift we can give is the unselfish love that Jesus modeled for us.
