Elementary Mathmatics from an Advan (Dover Books on Mathema 1.4tics)

In this reprint of Klein's classic lectures to mathematics teachers (originally translated from German and published in 1949, by Macmillan, NY), he follows his methods in his earlier book on arithmetic, algebra, and analysis, using other fields to interpret and explain basic geometry. He begins with basic geometry manifolds, continues with geometric transformations, and concludes with a systematic discussion of geometry and its foundations.
