Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date of tax invoice, in saleable condition. Please provide our staff with tax invoice.

We accept exchange for:

• Wrong book sent- We sent you the wrong title or edition.
• Damaged on arrival- Bent pages, torn cover, water damage.
• Defective- Missing pages, printing errors, binding issues
• Order cancelled by us- Out of stock after payment.

We cannot accept exchanges for:

• Changed your mind- Unless the book is unopened and in resalable condition.
• Used books- unless they arrived damage/ defective.
• Damaged after delivery- due to customer handling.
• Exchanges after 7 days.

Books must be in original condition with all packaging and invoice included.
